Miss half a payment and the manager told me to return my son's Christmas instead of working with me to cover it on next payment. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!

Don't be that desperate. I needed a laptop for work fast. Every price you see is literally DOUBLE. Also keep in mind, most of the items are NOT new. This low class company jokesters gave me the DISPLAY laptop and tried to call it new. That's a small civil case they'll see after the holidays. I became 3 days late which they were fine with at first, but clearly they want to retrieve your items at all cost so they can sell it again, as new and continue the scam. Don't ignore the obvious and save your money just a bit longer or get a cash loan then buy what you need, at REGULAR price and possibly with monthly payments also. Checkout affirm or any other place and you'll see. Appreciate where you work if it's not this place. Overall experience, i gave this type of crap a chance, and fully regret it. On top of all of this i get calls every week begging me to finance MORE overpriced and USED items. Keep the following in mind, Double the price. USED item, let it sink in and go somewhere else. The manager said "you didnt complain when you brought it", referring to the used item i was given as opposed to the advertised new. Borderline false advertisement and accepting doesnt necessarily throw you in a bad court position if your reading. Know your rights.

Very disappointed this tine around I ordered a 75 inch tv and it was delivered to the store but I was told I had to wait a week before they could deliver it I couldn't pick it up myself they said no they couldn't squeeze in a delivery on any route so I just canceled it very disappointed

Excellent customer service, they will adjust payments according to days you pick, they work with you to keep your lease in good standing if needed. From my experience I have only good things to say about Aaron’s on Campo Road, Spring valley . “Dwane is Awesome as well as the rest of the Aaron’s team Campo ! AND ALSO FROM MY EXPERIENCE STAY AWAY FROM Rent A Center , they are more expensive more fees more down payment and they WILL NOT work with you AT ALL . The employees at Rent A Center are nice people but really they should be car salesman instead 👎my option Aaron’s 100%.👍 Aaron’s I purchased a sectional a recliner a 75” TV and my bed all separate times Rent A Center 1 couch and they Repo’d it 8 months later. they just wouldn’t work with me AT ALL to get caught up it was ALL or nothing on the payment

Be careful with these guys. We ordered product from this place first week of December 2020. Didn’t get a call, confirmation or anything whatsoever. Finally contacted the store and they said the product wouldn’t be there until the next week, once approved. No one ever contacted us. No product was ever delivered. Suddenly we have been getting calls as of the first of January. We ignored them since they obviously didn’t want our business to even begin with, keep in mind we live 30 miles from this location. Today, some rep from this facility comes up to our door demanding payment for something that wasn’t even delivered! He even asked to see our living room to confirm their stuff wasn’t here! I have never dealt with a more incompetent company.
