Rude staff! I went in on a Wednesday and the staff there did not acknowledge me. You can go elsewhere and receive better service
I got a washing machine. One of the important thing to do is to have the machine level. Well kings of hard to do with out the leveling legs. Not there. Called the store and was told it came from another store i guess that's an easy way of saying your not going to get them. Expect e d a call back but nothing.
Don't ever do business with this place. They're rude and they sell shitty merchandise. I'm never going back, if you need to do the rent to own go to Aarons. They have better deals; nicer people and they work with you if you have an unexpected expense. Do yourself a favor and avoid this pace all together.
Would never do business with rent a center. I have always done business with them since 2014 but this last time with awful. The store change my rental agreement to monthly without letting me know were I only get paid every two weeks. So beware they will change your agreement without letting you know. Never again don’t do it. How sad this place took advantage people barely making it but then change your agreement payments.
Gilmina and Liz are the best. I have been a customer here in Selma for 18 years. I come back due to the Awesome customer service I get there from Gilmina. I'm so happy she is the leader there now. GREAT CHOICE RENT A CENTER!!!!!. LIZ is a great upgrade and is so happy and friendly unlike the dumbs they have had there...minus Diana she was great also.
