Said I needed to bring in a extra 400 dallors of what the upfront price was on the website. Then told me it was privately owned and he can do what he wants.
Had an issue right from day one with a laptop that I purchased and Mr Brown was very helpful installing the problem for me took care of it within 45 minutes of me calling him and he had a new one delivered to me the same day very helpful and dealing with Mr Brown and the Santa Rosa store so pleasure doing business with you Greg S
mr. brown was really helpful, patient and informative as it was my very first encounter with rent a center. was able to even get same day delivery! will definitely be coming back for more items to furnish my home !
Mr. Brown was exceedingly helpful to my wife and mother in-law. He was patient, kind and transparent about the available furnishings along with availability to meet our needs. He is wonderful to work with and we recommend him wholeheartedly.
Your sales rep, Urial was absolutely amazing . Mr Brown was originally the man who is helping me. He was moody and rude. Was bothered by my questions and seemed to not really want to answer them. He told me I could do the math. I recently lost my daughter, so I am moving and trying to plan around the funeral arrangements and Mr. Brown seemed put out by trying to assist me with my questions and my purchase. I immediately ask for someone else. I have purchased many pieces of furniture from you guys over the last 10 years and Mr. Brown’s behavior made me want to just leave your store. I will still give your store recommendations, but I will recommend that they speak to Urial He seems to have the patience to explain these contracts to your customers. If it wasn’t for him I would never have rented from you again. Mr. Brown needs to do better.
