Polite and knowledgeable sales folks . Did not have exactly what I was looking for. Product inventory in the showroom was small. I’d give them a look again should the need arise.
I'm so excited they gave me a chance I officially pay my couch off next month early payoff not only that the couch that I originally picked out would not fit in my apartment and the gentleman who were the movers they accommodated me let me pick out another couch and delivered it in the same night really appreciate that worth every penny only had issues one month with the payment and they worked with me thank you so much Rent-A-Center I will definitely be back!!
It was horrible. I was sent a email that I qualified I paid my 35$ refundable fee just to get a call saying they don’t deliver to me. Which has never happened I have been living at the same place for years with no issue. And I’m still waiting on my 35$ refundable fee. Waste of my time & money
I often speak with Brian, he is the store manager and he's just AWESOME. He is NEVER too busy to help me out with anything regarding my products, deliveries, payments, and any questions that I may have regarding product comparison. Customer service in this store has been FANTASTIC, I would highly recommend this RAC store to my family and friends. I’ve always had a good experience every time I need something for my house.
Customer Service is great, esp Brian. He's the store manager and he's just AWESOME. He was able to help me out with everything regarding my products, payments,etc.....
