Chris is great! He always tries so hard to get me what I want. I've been shopping this store for years and love the 90 day same as cash option they offer. I bought everything from washers/dryers to refrigerators to cpu's, beds and living room furniture. Thank you Chris, once again you came through for me! You have a customer for life. 😁
Only one who is willing to go out of there way is Chris. Juan only wants to collect and make a sale. Rude since I went in the first time. Don't let him fool you. Save your money & time.
Kori is rude, dismissive, and clearly doesn’t care about customers. Every time I called, she rushed me off the phone like I was interrupting her day. Zero patience, zero help, and zero professionalism. If you don’t want to deal with people, maybe don’t work in customer service. Absolutely awful experience.
Great customer service from Juan and his new hire. He was extremely informative and went above and beyond to find the best deal that fit my family and I. Definitely recommend this location for anybody that needs new house furniture..
Juan is a very good employee here! He’s very informative, respectful, polite, and helpful. It’s been a couple years since I’ve been here but, it’s always nice to come to this store when you want someone to deliver furniture, AND put it together. lol thanks Juan for making this an easy process!
