Diana, Manager at the Salinas Store goes above and beyond to meet or exceed your needs. She quickly resolved the issues I presented to her with a pleasant & professional demeanor. Additionally, she took the time to explain agreement terms and changes for returning merchandise and/or exchanging or upgrading. Diana is a strong force and a real asset to that location! Good job Remt-A-Center!

I wish it were easier to be intact customer service without having to make a phone call. I have an anxiety disorder and phone calls cAuse me to have an attack. I have questions about my bill and I can't reach anyone . Now my bill is way over due and I'm not paying it till someone gets in touch with me.

I just want to say the staff is awesome ! we been purchasing stuff for over 5 years never had an issue with them , i'm sure all this people making all this comments are people who can't afford the stuff there purchasing at that location I give the five stars , friendly , helpful and always deliver on time for my needs .

What an absolute mess these employees are running at this store. First, it’s the simple fact they’re taking in orders for delivery, but have no capability of honoring that delivery due to no delivery truck. After haggling with them about an “update” to the delivery truck, they eventually tell you to come pick the item up. One of the employees Hector, will repeatedly say, “I don’t know man, that’s out of my hands, I just work here.” I’m here writing this review because after arranging to pick up my couch and $300 out of my pocket, I woke up to someone cancelling my order and refunding me the deposit without any consent of cancelling or telling anyone anything. I made an additional order to see how it would be handled. Avoid doing business with these people in Salinas, poor customer service, no help and just straight up rude. They do not want to help you. Your average workers that are just there to collect a paycheck and not help the business they’re working for.

Real Rude Staff, Manuel and a Lady, Harsh on saying they did not get paid, we spent at least and hour proving that the Bank of America Visa had paid them. They threatened to pick up our rental fridge, while he were so happy to have this, after our Sub Zero broke down. Total nightmare, and these guys were so out of line and unprofessional, they should be ashamed, but never said sorry. Go elsewhere, forced to give them one Star. Today is April 4th, the day they called. Regardless, if this transaction had not gone through, we would have come to their store and paid in person. To explode over $190.00 is absurd.
