Customer Service here is amazing they go above and beyond to make sure your satisfied mike and the lovely lady both helped me itbwas super fast easy i would give them 10 stars if it would let me even though they are busy they made everything easy painless and I got a good deal thank you guys will definitely be coming back for more stuff soon
Came unprepared to hook up gas stove until connection was removed from old stove. Was never told at time of rental that I needed to have anything additional.
Getting the products was absolutely easy. I’ve told them twice I have a new card due to fraud on my account. They take the time to call me on the day after my payment was supposed to be scheduled. I let the female on the phone know that I’m dealing with the fire victims in LA donating stuff and volunteering my time. I don’t have my wallet on me. And her response was well if you can find it and call back so we don’t have to schedule a pick up. So instead of showing any type of empathy, they threatened to pick up the product. Absolutely disgusting. So I let them schedule it. I will never do business with them again. And I suggest anyone who thinks about doing it, turned to another Rent-A-Center if that’s what you need. When I text Mike To let him know (Supposed manager) And I told him he should consider how she talks to people. He just gave a thumbs up to my text.
