Rent-A-Center

They were excellent at the Mt Vernon store until they transferred to Redlands and I needed the merchandise picked up!!! I constantly called they assured me they were coming then almost 2 weeks after I move out they want to go to the address I moved from however I no longer lived there as I told them!!! Now you want to be Rude with me?? Aggressive??? Blame me and say I just took off?? Why didn’t you pick up?? Mind you I called a month before I moved out!!! It’s bad business to blame me for what you didn’t do!!!! Now to say I should have taken it to the nearest store?? That’s not how it works!!! The nearest store which was Redlands should have came out as I requested!!! From what I have dealt with EVERYONE IN THE REDLANDS STORE IS RUDE!!! You didn’t even have my apartment number for some reason however i even gave you that three times!!! Terrible Terrible Business!!!

The staff at the Redlands, CA store are AMAZING!!! They are always professional, kind, helpful & quick to assist with all of my needs. The store is always very clean!! Especially Luis, he is always on point when it comes to any questions or concerns that I may have!!

I have never ever rented or had any affiliation with this place yet a man dressed in regular clothing came to my door early on a Saturday morning aggressively banging on my door and ringing my doorbell over and over. I have cameras needless to say I didn't answer, I saw a RAC van drive off and the man left a handwritten note on my door to a person who doesn't live here and never has (wrong address) the letter stated the persons name, call and pay or we will be back until the issue is resolved you are 98 days past due.I called the Redlands RAC to let them know and the man I spoke to was extremely unhelpful and rude and didn't offer any resolve, not even look up the peraon and make note of the incident. When I asked his name he hung up on me! I called the highland store and they were extremely helpful, pleasant, apologizetic. I gave them the persons name on the note and my address and they verified it was the wrong address and apologized. I can't imagine ever doing business with someone like that at Redlands RAC. Thank you Highland RAC for acting professional and resolving the issue. Shame on you Redlands RAC for being unprofessional and not doing your job! For the guy that hung up on me, maybe you should get a different job

The delivery people were great, but never has my mom experienced such bad customer service. First, the worker my mom spoke to said he didn't have any of my mom's paperwork or information and she had the wrong Rent-A-Center. He was rude, accusatory, and yelled at my mom AND my dad over pick up inquiries. My mom was told to call 5 days before they picked up the mattress and frame, and yet my dad was told 2-3. They were also told via text someone would pick up the mattress 4 days early, but they paid for a full 3 weeks. They were told someone would call or text about pick up, but that's what my mom originally was calling to talk to them about. So much conflicting information was very frustrating because my parents don't have the money to pay for another week+ over conflicting information. The man my mom spoke to also kept saying he was the boss when she asked to speak to his boss. None of us will ever go to this Rent-A-Center again.

My washer broke down and to make my story short, it was going to take some time before it would get fixed due to parts needed to be ordered and what not. I knew going to laundromat would be time consuming so I decided to call rent a center in Redlands to see if they would be able to help me rent a washer just until my washer gets fixed (1 month) thankfully they did! There was only a small miscommunication with delivery details but it was my fault for not answering my phone when they called to confirm delivery time. When I called back they did tell me delivery date was rescheduled because I did not confirm, I explained to (I believe his name is Luis) how I really needed it asap and I know he went out of his way to deliver the washer that same day…so if you read this…thank you!!! Great customer service from the time I went in to their store, to the day it was delivered so thank you so much!
