Angelica was amazing! I came in and realized the Black Friday ads were true and she helped us to pick some amazing pieces for the living room. She was very quick and the process didn’t take much.
Worst experience ever with this store. Mario was no help. I would rate a zero. Forgot to explain a new company rules and after signing a contract wanted to add forgotten new policy. Dirty location , looks like a thrift store, furniture had lots of stains and animal hairs. Old furniture all around.
Worst place to shop for anything! Purchased some products Angelica assisted never did she once explain anything about auto pay. Mario was not helpful at all. They are trying to mandate rules and don’t follow company protocols. Horrible customer service. Everything in the office was dirty, old, looked like a thrift store. Worst place ever.
All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Jacob has been helping me out with the bundle sets of washer and dryer and is doing his best to help me out. I been shopping around and can’t and can’t beat their prices.
Awesome customer service. Very friendly and welcoming also we loved how helpful Jacob from the East Palmdale store was. Making it very easy for us. Now I haven’t purchased anything yet but will do very soon. Great quality of styles and good furniture and appliances.
