Service great being charged weekly instead of biweekly and sometimes twice aggravating as hell
We appreciate the personal service that our local Rent-a-Center provides. They are professional and very focused on customer service. They worked with us to make sure we got products/merchandise that met our goals, the communication between the store and us was customer-centered. Overall, a very positive experience. I would highly recommend the Oxnard Rent-a-Center; they have a variety of furniture, appliances, electronics, and other items, reasonable pricing, frequent deals, and financing to work with any budget. I would not hesitate to give them my future business.
I’ve just always gotten great customer service when it comes to Richard and his team I appreciate them!
A couple days ago I went in to see what they had to offer and was greeted by Rich I believe he is the manager. Even though I told him I wasn’t here to buy anything just comparing prices he never changed his attitude towards me and answered all my questions with a smile. I was so grateful with the way carried himself and kept his composure while he also addressed the phones ringing off the hook, He was so awesome I ended up walking out with a 75in. smart TV lol.
