Recently purchased a house and needed to order additional furniture items. I ordered my items online. The store scheduled my delivery date 3-4 weeks from the day I ordered them. There was confusion around my address since I previously ordered from Aaron’s. I spoke with the corporate office to clear and verify the confusion. I also went to the store to confirm the delivery address and items. Afterwards, I had two calls from the store to confirm the delivery date and address. However, the store on its own accords decided to change my delivery date to a day before without confirmation with me. The delivery drivers attempt to deliver but they went to the wrong address. The person at the address informed me of this, so I called the store manager Jessica. Immediately she is rude and defensive when I explained that I made several attempts to confirm the information so there were no mistakes. I go to the store and speak with Angelica who I spoke with in person. I don’t know how they went to the wrong address when the confirmation email has the right address. Although it was their mistake, they want me to wait an additional two to three weeks for items I ordered at the end of September. I am in the middle of moving and closing accounts at my previous address. I don’t have time to clear my schedule to accommodate people I am paying to deliver my items. I use to go to their Fontana location before it was closed and never had any of these issues. Unfortunately this is the only store that services my area, so I will no longer be purchasing from Aaron’s.

I dont feel like this location deserves any starts but im required to guve a star…I’ve had issues with just this location I’ve had so many items from aarons and never had an issue with any other location until this location. Im not sure who jessica is or if she gets a commission on collecting payments but when i say she is the most heartless human being i have ever had a conversation with. Why are you in customer service if you hate people. The way she talks to you and the way she leaves voicemails is just so disrespectful. I was in a really bad accident and was in the hospital for 2 months literally fighting for my life and she just made me feel like i was a homeless person begging for scraps. I dont think I’ll shop with aarons after i pay off my items. If my morals were on track i wouldnt even finish the lease i started but unlike jessica i have some humanity in my soul and care about the well being of others. There’s a difference between collecting and just flat out being inhumane. If this who aarons hires and this what the company stands on then i will no longer have any parts of this company. Ive been nothing but a loyal customer and always greeting people with a smile.

I love Aaron’s but I have to give them a bad review for this location alone. The service is terrible, been trying for couches for months and never seems to get them. I wait two weeks for couches and I believe her name is Sarah says my reminder for my couches were when I set the delivery up two weeks ago. I know this to not be true because I currently have furniture through them and was given multiple reminders and when they would actually be arriving. The time frame 2-6 is not a specific time and anything could happen, a heads up to let your customers know that they will be arriving soon so someone can take in the furniture would be better. However Sarah was extremely rude nevertheless and I completely cancelled and do not recommend this location to anyone.

I will never use Aaron's again to purchase anything. I had purchased a x box for my sons Christmas Present. I went into the Ontario store to pick up. The lady working asked for my ID. I had forgot my Drivers Lisence at home. I showed her a picture of my Drivers Lisence on my phone. The lady told me that she needed the actual License. The picture I had was clear and showed all of the information she needed to match my home address. I had to drive all the way back home to Yorba Linda then back to the store in Ontario all because she would not make any exceptions. I am not a new customer and have had a living room couch and dining room table delivered this year as well. This was a big inconvenience. I will no longer buy anything from this store again ever! I arrived back to the Aaron's store with my Drivers Lisence to pick up the X Box I leased. The lady was very rude to me. She made a super big deal over my lease for my couch and dining room table that I had been late on past payments. My lease is current as of now. She was super loud in how she talked to me as if someone else was in the store they would have heard everything. This was very unprofessional! She made a huge deal over my refusal to sign up for auto pay and continued to ask me if I will be making my first payment due 1-1-25 on time. I explained to her that I will make my first lease payment on time. She warned me if the first payment was not made on time, it would be automatically picked up. I don't know her name or title as she was not wearing a name tag. She acted like she really did not want to sell the product to me. Maybe she was just mad over my first review I posted after leaving the store the first time. I will never lease anything again from Aaron's!

I've never had a problem with Aaron's until I moved into my condo and have rented with them since November/December 2023 the delivery guys are a joke and rude We are buying a stove and washer dryer from them stove was smoking the 1ST time I used the oven they came and replaced it cool well Jan 16 2024 I noticed I had some lint on the floor because I dropped a sock between the wall and dryer so I moved the dryer and come to find out they never installed the hose for the lint dryer now my son has had a few asthma attacks and would get so hot in the hallway and my sons rooms couldn't figure out why now we know learned my lesson on believing people are doing their job correctly so if you're gonna go with Aaron's make sure you check everything out cause their installation guys don't know what they are doing ?
