If I could give no stars I would. Manager Alex is lazy and unprofessional. Sent out mattresses with bedbugs, sent out fridges directly after them being returned by a customer and not sanitizing them, his performance is below lackluster and dangerous for you and your family unless you don't mind moldy fridges and diseases spread by bugs. There is no process for ensuring a level of cleanliness, employees can be seen wiping down mattresses and sofas with a rag.....a rag. No steam cleaning, no tests performed after to ensure any level of sanitation. He specifically will rent you dirty used pre owned merchandise and tell you it's NEW. BEWARE THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COSTS.
I've been using rent-a-center off and on since my early twenties and I DO NOT LIKE THE ANAHEIM STORE. Switched over to Norwalk because they had my gaming desktop I've been wanting. Ask for Alex, he's been great, friendly, and efficient. He even helped me with payment date. Yes if you're late they do call but I get it, it's their job. However most of the time I'm late a couple days and they're understanding. I haven't talk to other employees as much but Alex is my fav he has great customer service!
There is no professionalized at this location These employees need too be retrained too be able too actually do their jobs… I welcome to be contacted to discuss further..,
The service that u get for the price u pay dont match up. U pay extreamly high to get a half brokwn car in wich the ac doesnt even work.
I wish I could give negative stars. When I first inquired into RAC, I was still in debate on which fridge we will be needing and the amount of times they text you and call you to pressure you to make the deal is insane. I found the fridge I wanted and went with it. I spoke with Ernie into what day I need it to be delivered as I was still in transition of moving. They attempted to deliver two days prior when I specifically noted I will not be home. I called Ernie and it was squared away and delivered the correct day. Fast forward to the following week, Oscar R. was rude in regards to my first payment. Oscar texted noting “this is your first payment and it’s already late”. This RAC called me a few times a day but being on the Naval base, I didn’t have access to answer my phone. They have no disregard for you as a customer and don’t take into consideration what you might be doing at the moment. They will hound you and even sent someone to my home because it took me a few to respond to Oscar. Not only did he come off rude, RAC charged my card 4 different times with 4 different amounts. I understand they want their money but customer service is horrible. I will be reaching out to corporate and filing a complaint for the Better business bureau.
