I have furniture my whole apartment from the TV to the bed to the refrigerator to the laptop to the PlayStation the The couch now my sofa bed couldn’t have did it without you guys. If you plan to use any of 3rd party payment plans like Acima or Progressive Please don’t! Because if you decide not to keep the merchandise and you want to return it, they won’t help you and will pretend there’s no account associated with them, this store have no acknowledged of what they doing they are not properly trained. They provide numbers for you to get the same uneducated people including the “manager” who was so rude, please ask as many questions take pics if needed they are a scam, with this economy we are not here to give our money away for this type of company’s who are very unprofessional.

I’m never purchasing from rent a center ever again. Poor customer service. Every time I’ve bought from here I pay my items same as cash. When you take out a separate item they will refuse to deliver it if you owe two days on a different item even though you already paid more than a hundred for that specific item. I cancelled an item and never got my money returned I had to make a dispute through Apple Cash. Such a waste of time. Wood Bed frame are cheap and break. They call you way too often. If I could rate no stars I would!

HORRIBLE SERVICE Yesterday my father was trying to order a TV from this business and they asked him to make a down payment saying that after that payment they were already going to deliver the TV and it turned out that my father made the payment and after the payment they started asking him for a lot of documents, payment talon, name and phone number of his landlord..., references and all that and sending everything as soon as he could and in the end they didn't answer the phone until today. arguing that they had to verify and all that and after a while they sent him a text that they were going to cancel the order that because they could not verify and that they were not going to give him anything and they were going to cancel the order being that he had previously already acquired a couple of furniture with them, after this terrible experience I will never buy again here and I do not recommend buying here better look in another store like Aaron's They are better and don't sneer like this store.

I was scheduled for a delivery, and items did not arrive that day, no call no show. The next day she called and said the truck broke down. When my items were delivered it was not the same color that I ordered. Items are placed by numbers, so I feel as though she gave me whatever she wanted to give me instead of what I asked for.
