Renting is easy, the follow up and providing updates could improve. Delivery times are not convenient, I had call a family member. Since I was working and could not be there. If you reschedule then there is a 10 day waiting period. As a customer I like some level of convenience especially for what we are paying .
A great location to rent from, Erick the store manager went beyond the call of duty in my time of urgency. Great job Erick
The manager doesn't know how to talk to customers and says he will issue a refund but doesn't. I understand there's policies in place on long it takes to get money back but I called on Tuesday for the refund process to be started why did I call back Friday and they tell me the manager didn't do it because he forgot.
It's was very great I understand everything it's not to complicated to figure out what to do or how to order or what to find
I've shopped this location for 10+ years. Never had a problem that they did not fix. Rent to own is the only way to go. immediately
