This place is over priced, even for their used items. They offer delivery, which is nice and their customer service was pretty good. We dealt with the female store manager directly. The store was clean and had a decent variety to choose from.

My fridge came with roches, I paid over $1,000 the least you could have done would have been to fumarate it before delivering it.

Got a really nice washer and dryer and the delivery guys did a great job getting them inside the house and set up for me!

I’m paying on my third piece of furniture from Aaron’s (two are already payed off) & today I received a call from a female “Account Manager” who told me my account was late. First of all, my account is not late. I agreed to payments on the 15th of every month. She tells me it’s due the 1st now (how that changed on its own without notifyingTerry Canales or myself, I do not know?) then she proceeds to tell me that there is now a $5 late charge & I am throwing money (the late fee on an account that shouldn’t be late until after the 15th) away. My money, not hers. Then when I suggest going above her to solve the issue she responded with, “Ill have the general manager call you!” and hung up on me. Real customer appreciation Aaron’s.

This Aarons worked really hard to get us the the furniture set we wanted. There were a few issues with the warehouse not sending our first order after almost 3 weeks so we canceled the order. But we kept in touch and found a set we loved even more for cheaper. They delivered in a timely manner and every person there was extremely polite. They were polite when delivering. Overall, they were great. I'd recommend them. They have many offers to get the items you want within your budget.
