I should be clear and I'll be sure to erase it it wasn't the Fontana store that treated me so awfully but rather the store on Florence when I spoke to the night manager a lady Hispanic quite a tooth and Hi brow about my current phone number being tied to an account that may owe some money I made a call on that suggestion to the place where she said it did exist and of course it did not however understandable I called back looking for help and looking for her to help me out with the situation but all she did was treat me like a criminal hang up on me and refuse to rent to me unless I paid them the balance of course which I don't know it had been 10 years since the account existed or was supposed to have existed although there was no record at the store she insisted I've never been treated so awfully by anybody
I Love the service I receive from the location that's considered my "go to" anytime myself or my wife feel the need to get good quality appliances of any type. I highly recommend the Florence and Alameda location. Friendly service. Expert opinions every time.
Store is good on the items I request. The store manager Delores VERY GOOD. PROFESSIONAL and her staff are very good. Calls when there on there way and in front of your home. Thank you Delores and staff.
They have very good customer service love them been going there for about 16 yrs already and they always been great Dolores JR and Jackie the best.
Dolores and Jackie are very good employees very friendly and helpful. If you have any questions they would not hesitate to help you and Jr is very helpful also and well mannered . Keep up the good job 😀
