Really good experience with Rent-A-Center. Their staff has always been friendly, understanding, and willing to help, especially during difficult times. They work with you and try their best to make things manageable. The merchandise is also very good quality, and I’ve been happy with everything I’ve gotten from them. Overall, great customer service and a company that genuinely tries to help their customers.

Freddy helped me when life was lifennnn back to back my fridge went out and then my washer he was very fast and clear and very respectful did more then his job thank u so much for securing the needs of my home for my family🙏🏼🤍

Horrible experience we bought a bed set and they upselled us a metal frame so we did, after we removed one side of the frame from box to put it together we discovered it was missing a few things my husband took it back the guy at the store told him he didn’t need to remove it out of the box but that it just needed one screw we brought it back home and what do you know once we actually removed both peices of the frame they are 2 difference sizes and 2 different type of frames originally we where told it was going to be new this one is apparently used and has been swapped out! We will have to now go out and just purchase one else where since rent a center is closed on sundays and I’m Not putting my new mattress on no floor. Waste of time and inconvenient for us.

Rent-A-Center in Lemoore is a family friendly environment. We haven't been in for a few years but needed to utilize their services once again. The Manger personally helped us, greeted us as we came in, went over multi products, showed different products & colors for us to choose. We decided on a product & he helped us with a temporary solution while we await the order to come in for our new item. Our experience was great, everything was updated the same day. The store is clean & all employees greeted & welcomed us as we came in & engaged in a friendly goodbye as we left. When delivered, they were friendly & fast in service. No issues.. Thank You.

Mr. Lee was a great help to me and my husband. We bought our first washer and dryer from him at this location and he worked very hard to find us exactly what we wanted! His delivery men were very helpful as well!
