Don't buy from this store they give you the run around they tell you your stuff will be delivered on one day then at the last minute they changed it
Horrible. Horrible . Horrible. I tried leasing furniture form this store and they said I have an unpaid account. When I contact corporate they said that’s not true . they even tried calling and the manager . He says well there’s nothing that can be done but corporate is telling them there’s no such thing as an unpaid account. I just went to Aaron’s ….. so far I’ve furnished most of my home and have spent $3000+ with Aaron’s and it has been worth it.
Im just trying to warn people about this place. I ordered a sectional from this store on Dec 21 and I still haven't received my Sectional. Everytime I have called the store to speak with someone about the issue they tell me it's still in transition .
I never write reviews, but this location has gone above and beyond in addressing my concerns. I recently moved temporarily to the area. I always pay my bills early, so my previously existing account with Rent-A-Center was in excellent standing, but that isn't always a guarantee. However, this location always had someone to answer my questions and/or resolve my issues. It has been so much appreciated. Based on my experience, I highly recommend.
