This past weekend, my refrigerator broke and everything was defrosting fast! I called Rent-A-Center first, but nobody answered. Then I called Aaron's, and someone answered, providing all the information I needed. Everything was done online, so I didn't need to visit the store. I was thrilled when Big Boy Omar delivered my new refrigerator couples hours later and set it up by himself. He was considerate of my little kids and made sure I was okay before leaving. 10/10, one of the best experiences I've ever had. I'll definitely be back! I totally recommend Aaron's."

One of my all time favorite furniture stores especially if you are a cash up front person. Prices are reasonable furniture is of good quality. This is my 2nd time buying furniture from them and probably won't be the last.

Monica at Hanford Aarons is very rude and acts like I owe her my money. She's a smart mouth and is very unprofessional. I won't be doing business with Aarons anymore after I pay off my merchandise. Not worth the head ache.

Couch got delivered Messed up recliner on left side won't even go down at all unless I get off of it and push it hard to go back in.. SMH I just want it in Great Condition not broken at all. When I went to go see in the store everything works fine when it got delivered it got messed up Simple As That!! Plz Make this Right!! We choose u guys for furniture than anybody else Don't Make Us Regret it
