This place is a 3.9 stars for a reason customer service sucks! They need 2 clean house bigtime and train people to be customer service oriented machines!.. All bad here, will not be buying anything else once paid off going forward!👍🤝
I've been a customer at this store for the last 2+ year's and I've always been treated with the utmost respect and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. So I'd like to take this time to show all of them some appreciation for everything they do and wish all of them a bright future.
Normally I never leave reviews but this stores customer service skills seriously lack. The guy with the glasses needs to take a course on interpersonal communication. I have been a Rent A Center customer for over 3 years and needed assistance in putting an item into my truck but was not provided that service. Instead I received a pathetic excuse stating that it was a liability, even though the item was still in the store and my truck was parked right in front of the store for their convenience, this type of service I find to be unacceptable. Management should provide adequate training for their employees. Especially since I myself am in the customer service field and have better manners than this store. Fontana do better!!
We just moved to Fontana and RAC was our first choice to help us with our needs. Called RAC Fontana and the rest is history. Awesome team. Very helpful, accommodating, and stellar customer service. They go above and beyond to help support their clients. They are very personable and reliable. As somebody who just moved into a new city not knowing anybody, it is very comforting to find people like them. When they came and delivered the furnitures we needed, it felt very warm and comfortable. Relieved all the stress and worries of moving. Shoutout to Darryl and his team. Darryl has been very helpful and worked around my budget. Fontana is blessed for having an awesome RAC team. Not all cities have this kind of RAC team. Kudos RAC Fontana team. Keep it up!
I needed a portable air conditioner, I ordered it online got approved paid my first payment and never got a thing. They finally called me hours later to tell me they couldn't help me. They still kept my payment.
