Cindy mentioned she’s a manager and supervisor, but she’s come across as rude and unprofessional. Could Corporate ensure that future hires are professional, personable, and eager to assist customers?

Harrasing. Leaving mean and unprofessional letters nad phone calls. I paid 300 dolalrs into the item I rented. My family was going through financial difficulties and Rent a center did not want to work with us.

I contacted this store to get a computer and upon arriving to store I was greeted by Manager Sandy and her associate Syllia and these women super professional super nice. I decided to switch stores from El- Monte due to some bits of crazy attitude from El-Monte and these ladies were super happy to have me and to set me up with a good computer. I highly recommend them and another plus to this location its super clean. (overall wonderful experience)

Customer service representative was great and we were told we would hear from someone to set up delivery date on Monday since delivery is not done on weekends...We called Monday they didnt have any info saying someone will call, they never did. Now on Tuesday we were told we would get a call or message about deliver for Wednesday..It's Wednesday and the time delivery was set for was 4-6 but that never happened..we never received a call or text telling us anything..it is now 8pm Wednesday and we have no way of contacting anyone and no one has contacted us..We have no bed to sleep on tonight..This is the worst service I have ever experienced from rent a center..we are very disappointed..
