I’m a customer since 2006 . But lately the employees .. all . Are very rude . My moeny was going to them every pay check . But they never appreciate a customer like me . I got hattasment calls, text messaging intimidating me from drivers. Their customers service and is is also bad . Took all my money in the past . A few days ine of my accounts had only $125, today o tried to pay ot off and the sales lady that answered tried to charge $178 is it weird ? I mentioned that was wrong but she still charged $149 . I don’t recommend yo to buy firm this Commerce store . All very rude and disrespectful. I want to be done with it . Never will buy again.
id give it no stars if i could. this location definitely needs new management. The current manager, Nas either needs better training or needs to be replaced. she doesn’t not know how to talk to her customers at all. Jacob, i hope you see this.
Mobil site is terrible- constantly glitches, not enough time for 1 time pass code.
I was supposed to have my new refrigerator delivered on Monday because ours gave out last Sunday. We had to try and salvage whatever we could from our fridge and went a bought a cooler and filled it with us to tide us over until Monday evening’s delivery 4-7pm. I called a couple of times and it kept going to VM. Finally someone answered at 5:30pm because I wanted to make that they told the drivers to let me know if our gate was closed since I live in apartments. The person who answered the phone informed that my delivery was canceled. She said I should have received an email notification. I didn’t receive anything. She continued to tell me that she had received 5 phone calls from angry customers who never received a phone call. She then told me that they should have called me also. She explained that because the company was merging or getting bought off the drivers quit so she didn’t have any drivers. I asked why didn’t I receive a phone call? She told me that she was the store manager and was very upset that customers didn’t know. I then told her well if your the store manager and you have customers calling you because they’re upset about not getting their delivery as a store manager I would think that you would go through your list of deliveries for the day and call them to ensure that they are aware. She then said that I would get delivery on Wednesday or Thursday. Then she said Thursday or Friday. I asked her please be specific because I took the day off of work and have to talk to my boss about taking another unpaid day off. The store managers name is Emily, she says. She then proceeded to tell me that she understood my frustration but that I was taking it personal. I said yes I am taking it personal because I had to take a day off, try to live off of a cooler until Thursday for myself and my family. She kept cutting me off and talking over me. I told her that I couldn’t believe she was a store manager because she was not being professional at all. She accused me of cutting her off and going back and forth with info but she was the one who was being rude, having an attitude and raising her voice at me. I was very disappointed and just so frustrated and upset. I couldn’t believe how ridiculously rude she was. She was no longer representing the company but her own personal issues and she thought I was going to swallow and take everything she was telling me with no feedback. No way! Wrong person today. My first time coming here and definitely the last. Sad to say but I guess that’s what I should have expected from that location.
ADRIANA store manager is very rude. She called me regarding my irresponsable neighbor. As I was trying to explain to her that we never spoke regarding approval and I’m not his landlord, she hung up on me. She’s making false claims about me. I NEVER spoke to you Adriana and I’m NOT his landlord. There’s no need to hang up on me. Very unprofessional and very rude. I have to deal with your false claims but you can’t wait and listen to what I have to tell you ?
