This place is not good. They take advantage of people with what prices they charge. The first time I was ever late after my brother had passed away I had paid almost 800 for my tv by then the worker Bianca said she didn’t care about what I was going through that I better come up with the money that day in order to keep my tv even though the manager that quit (Sherri) said I could have 1 week to figure it out. She also never fixed my faulty washer. I ended up complaining to the district manager and he extended the date for me. But still a broken washer . I have requested several times for a refund for some benefit thing I have been paying extra for that I didn’t authorize. The last manager Sherri said she would refund as she said it was her who accidentally put on. She quit and I never heard back. I requested the new male manager look into it I believe his name was Brian to fix it and he never helped me. He was nice when I wanted to switch my account to the Fresno store due to poor customer service because he said his manager wouldn’t like that but days later was rude to me when I called about switching my payment dates as my husband got a new job with a temp agency since losing his job due to taking time off from my brothers passing. Not to mention he was rude to me on the phone and so was his employee Bianca. I’ve spent so much money here on two different items including a washer that broke right after I paid it in full. I had to buy a new washer as the suspension was worn out. Don’t shop here unless you want broken items to be threatened and treated poorly by the workers.

I have been renting here for many years. My experience has always been amazing. Brian was a great manager and was always good to his customers. Since he has left the experience there is pathetic and horrible. New management is aggressive and pushy. I sometimes have problems with the bank releasing my paycheck and my bill was only 3 days late and they were at my front door bugging. Explained to Margaret the day before and let her know the situation with my check and she said to keep her posted. Next thing I know someone is at my door. So unprofessional. I will recommend nobody to rent here and take their business to somewhere like Aaron’s.

Rent-a-Center, Clovis, CA is amazing! Melissa is a wonderful representative whom treats her customers with top-notch service and care. She paid attention to detail with regards to my order and my order was delivered to my satisfaction and actually exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this store for your home furnishings. They came through for me during a very difficult time and I was able to get a beautiful bedroom set and mattress that was outstanding quality at an affordable price.

I signed a contract for a washer 4 days ago. When I paid it said 1-3 day delivery, which is why I decided on that one. Once I paid and scheduled the delivery for the next day (per their system).. I was messaged asking for more info (which I provided that night) and told I needed to pay another $6.19. I was sent two links to pay, which I tried to do but they had expired. Next day I called 3 times to pay by phone and never could get through to a person... It wasn't until I tried to go through a different location (and told I couldn't do that), that I finally heard back from the first location. I paid by phone yesterday. Today I get a text message that I won't get delivery until 7/1. This isn't any type of good business. Your payment system obviously needs improvement and apparently YOUR system that says delivery in 1-3 days wasn't correct.
