Don't recommend this store. The manager Lisa is terrible. They have terrible customer service. They cant even call with a courtesy call on whats going on with your stuff. They picked up my units to supposedly fix and I never got a call not once. According to her units are out of warranty. Im sure she does not know how warranty works. Obviously warranty is only for manufacture defects. She deleted my contract never told me never bothered calling me I had to reach out after a whole month. Don't waste your time coming and getting stuff at this location. Never had problems at other location. They do really shady things over here.
I loved my experience here and especially the staff! Found what i was looking for right away they were very informative and helpful not to mention they made it feel like family! The delivery was super professional, they were the sweetest and they actually care about making sure everything goes smoothly! I will definitely be back here and I highly recommend getting furniture from them they will also order what it is you are looking for. Thank y’all so much for being great.
