The online service was over all quick and easy to navigate. It was a overall excellent experience.
They said I was accepted and took my money then a few days later as I am waiting for my item I get a call saying I was denied and they don't have money to give me a refund. It has been a few days and still haven't gave me my money back
Asked about a product online. Spoke to Chris, he said they could order it. I said i was already pre approved and that they had my info. Chris said once item came in I could finish process. I called basically every week and was told that it's delayed. Then one day I called and Carlos basically said no, it's not ordered because you never came in. I decided to go online and order one directly. Placed the order, put the asked for amount to order and received a follow up call. Provided them all my personal information and references. A couple weeks go by and I'm asked if I'd like to make a payment. I said for what product? I haven't received anything. He said oh, let me check on that. Next day my order was cancelled and the money was refunded. Called back asking why and they said "They are not a corporate store so whatever i did through online didn't apply to them" i said i spoke to someone and even gave personal information. I asked if it was really cancelled and he said yes. I ordered from Jenny's furniture instead. Jenny's did great! I suggest you do the same. THIS PLACE IS A WASTE OF TIME . One month or more waiting for nothing.
Great friendly service been a loyal customer for 8+ years!.I received my couches and am very satisfied..Thank you Chris and Carlos for your delivery of my couches....you both did a fantastic job on setting the couches up....!! Love the set ❤️
The workers at the Ceres Rent-A-Center on Whitmore Ave were fantastic. I personally dealt with Chris, Who was extremely professional, patient and dealt with all our needs. I will continue to purchase items from this location very impressed!
