Ordered a TV can't get it delivered,tried to go pick it up it's was broken 😔 no one contacted me yet about ordering a new TV or even a new pickup date or anything...very disappointed.... 2 weeks later I even received a response from my review and I still have not received my TV or even an answer about when it's coming I called Aarons and they put me on hold 5 separate times and do not answer the phone, horrible service. Today, Friday May 29th I was told my TV would arrive at 1pm. I spoke with the driver and was told the TV I was supposed to get delivered could not be found. It is 3:30 PM with no update or TV. Needless to say it did not arrive. I called spoke with Chris and they can't find my tv. I was told I would get an update, but received nothing. So far I've been given excuses and only that.
I'm so appreciative to Michael who helped me get the Envy Sofa Chaise. It's beautiful. His customer service was excellent and then the delivery person was so carefúl and considerate when delivered. He was very prompt. Thank you both for great service! I would not go elsewhere.
Went in to check out getting a laptop. Spent over an hour in the store looking at the laptops and standing at the counter. No Aaron's personnel even acknowledged my presence. Walked out, will not be back to this store. Will go back to the store where I lived before. When I told him that I was moving the manager at that store said, "No need to change stores, we will come to you." What a difference 😲
Reason why a one star because they will harassed you by calling everyday til you make a payment. Even come to your place of living to bug you for a payment.
Initially I set up to lease a bed from this location, I ended up getting denied. I then set up to lease a couch and got approved (similar price and payment so not sure what that was about). -Took about a week for them to set up a delivery date, they then set it up for Memorial Day (I also didn’t realize it was a holiday so it’s not a biggie just goes to show a pattern). -I got a call the Thursday before Memorial Day to switch the delivery date to the next day. -I got a call the day of confirming my delivery of 11a-3p and asked if I would be home — I said yes. -3:05p comes and I get a call, from who I’m assuming is the delivery person, saying they’ll be an hour late. It is now 5:33p and the couch has not been delivered nor has there been any communication. Clearly there is no checks and balances going on and I have dealt with an incredibly unprofessional store because there was no resolution. I just canceled the order and still have a lease/pending delivery on my account that I have reached out to customer support to remove. All around, not happy and will not recommend. It’s a shame because they have a decent selection of items. Rent a center it is, I guess.
If there were zero stars to give, this place has earned it! Completely disappointed in the lack of humanistic care and customer service. The employees must be so comfortable with their positions that seem to be ok with being disrespectful. Poor management, misleading and dishonest when it comes to rectifying a mistake. Better off going to the good will, this place should be ashamed of themselves.
The sales manager was so nice and helpful and professional. The store and restroom is nice and clean. I came to get a laptop and I found one to fill my needs and a price I can afford. Thank you, Nicole ♥️🤗
