Had fraudulent order placed on my account and despite calling the store AND customer service multiple times, I am still receiving emails advising when my payment is due. Watch out to other consumers thinking about going here. They created a legal agreement under MY NAME and information for product I DID NOT BUY.
I really like how the sales manager helps out Edwin is very detailed and make sure the customer is always satisfied
OVERCHARGED US ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! We rented a mattress for 30 days in March. We were quoted $200 they charged our card $1000 and we are still trying to get our money back in August. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPPTABBLE They keep claiming "corporate" cannot refund that high of amount. IT'S MY MONEY! They need to figure it out.
Got my LED 60" wide-screen TV, refrigerator and queen size bed from the one in Canoga Park. They made my moving from Moorpark to Simi Valley less stressful. Excellent pricing on brand new merchandises!
Fast & friendly service! I was approved with a simple, hassle free application. Got my new refrigerator within two days (only because this branch is closed on Sundays). I like the pick your day of the month to make a payment & the option to pay it off within 90 days & own it!
