I wouldn't refer anybody to rent a center they only have a couple people in there that stands by they word and for them to try and help u out it's all a lie so I wouldn't go back to them if they was the last on the world but I appreciate one worker In there for the help he did provide me when I needed him but further more I wouldn't dare go to them in west memphis arkansas

Mr. Anthony is such a helpful generous manager . He will also make sure you is satisfied with what you got. He is very understanding about everything.HE WILL GET YOU RIGHT

I am very angry with these people at the west memphis store. They don't know how to deliver your items correctly. You pay them the money and they say they will be delivered next day and they never show up. I was up early waiting on them....ALL DAY! I try to be patient the first day, but by end of day patience ran out especially after I called and was lied to about my stuff being delivered before they close. Then use the excuse that they are short-handed. PLEASE! They can't be that busy to skip my order. Get a schedule planner on your deliveries people. It's called organization. I think they need to hire new people that care about actually taking heart to customers needs cause none of them in the store do. You pay and have to wait couple days to get your stuff you ordered it's ridiculous.
