Will not do business here ever again. Tina was rude about our preestablished account and demanded my husband be home for delivery at the time she picked. Sure wonder if she can provide me grocery money and food stamps for my son and I? 🤔 Seeing as now she’s my husband’s employer all of a sudden? 🤔🤔 Will be calling Better Business and hopefully she will not have a job anymore. Shameful knowing there’s a job crisis and she takes hers and the ones of her customers for granted.

I got approved online they took my money for my down payment which was $10 and then said I still had paperwork to do and I had to come into the office and do it I told them I was disabled and I couldn't get to the store to do the paperwork so they never delivered my stuff and never gave me a refund for my $10

Today is Wednesday how come I gotta wait until Monday Aaron's use to be better than that prompt on time and fast delivery but I guess times have changed so have I

Ordered a dryer online, said it would be 2-3 business days. ID check upon delivery not true. You have to make a whole trip in-store, to give the same information you did online. The manager is beyond rude, not helpful at all, and lacks professionalism . Finally got my dryer after 4+ days, hours outside of the time-frame of the appt they offered. Just to find out hours later heating element is bad. They sent out their delivery driver to look at it 3 days later, he literally told the assistant working with him that it “HAD” to be the heating element. Then told me that it would probably be an additional 7 days before I would actually get a working dryer. Spoke with the manager she claims he never said that. I literally was on video call with someone and they heard it as well. I also tried to inquire about my up coming payment that is supposed to be coming out tomorrow Oct. 1st…. I have dedicated TWO different days for them to make right to a paying customer. Now I have to dedicate another day for them to bring another dryer with no timeframe given other than it could be another week. I’m expecting to make a payment to a company that can’t even provide WORKING appliances in a timely manner. Worst mistake I’ve made choosing Aaron’s!!
