Will and Matt were so helpful! The store was super busy the day we went but they made sure we were taking care of! Will helped us get the payment right where we needed it. We had an issue a day later and the team was so amazing to be able to fix the issue even when I showed up right before closing. They stayed past their time and made sure I was good to go! Really appreciate everyone at the Van Buren location for all their help and patience!
If I could go for no stars I would, (not trying to be a Karen) but here’s my review. I’ve been with RNR for the past, couple of months, and all was going good, up until, it wasn’t. Christiana talked to me, so condescending, and disrespectful , she lied on my name multiplied times, saying that I said something (which I didn’t). And she would bring it up, every phone call like as she wanted to start an argument. I have never met the women, in my life, but it is as if she wanted to “start an argument” I have never been talked to so rudely, (actually I have cause I do work in a psychiatric hospital) Read the agreement, (there’s hidden fees) like extremely high, fees. I’ve paid, 400 in Late fees, (which is was my responsibility ) And I paid 1700, in all. And there was 11 more payments, of 150.00 Iss crazy, My jeep didn’t even cost that much, but it was my responsibility. When I asked for receipts, there was none, It was a run-around. (Trying to argue w me) Not trying to be rude, as Christina, was rude to me, but, respectfully, thank you so so much for being rude, because you showed me, I deserve much better. I hope the day goes just as pleasant as you are Christina! Oh and btw, the tires that I got, I talked to a tire shop person, from a different company, and he even said it’s too expensive, for those tires! Isss crazy
We were traveling from Tulsa to Little Rock when we hit a large piece of semi tire in the road. With a guardrail on one side and a semi on the other, there was no safe way to avoid it, and it ripped the front bumper off our car. We were worried there might be more serious damage, so we called RNR Tires in Van Buren. From the moment we called, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. They got us in quickly, thoroughly checked the vehicle over, explained everything they found, and gave us peace of mind so we could safely continue our trip. We were also traveling with a newly adopted dog, and they immediately welcomed her too, bringing her a bowl of fresh water while we waited. That small act of kindness meant a lot during a stressful day. We highly recommend RNR Tires to anyone looking for honest, friendly service!
Will was super easy and professional to work with. He was ready for me outside as soon as I pulled in and made the process effortless while explaining in detail my options. The whole team did fantastic work in a timely manner.
Incredible knowledge staff. They were beyond helpful and could tell they wanted to help cover been having a vehicle crisis for 4 days now and they SAVED me! I couldn’t have asked for a friendlier or more knowledgeable staff. They clearly wanted to help AND save me money. Kaleb’s a wonderful manager and has a great team. Will 100% be bringing my business back. They also refused a tip and told me the tip was them helping. I almost fell over. They also WANT and TRY to save you money. They aren’t scalpers. If you need help, come here. Wonderful people.
