Don’t rent from this store. The manager will only give you a hard time and the worst service. U can rent from other store and don’t deal with them

I have NEVER used rent-a-center before in my life. Yet, daily I am getting phone calls from the Rogers location about a recliner???? They claim that I am someone named Laverne that owes them money… DESPITE ME TELLING THEM POLITELY MULTIPLE TIMES I AM NOT LAVERNE AND TO PLEASE STOP CALLING ME. Every time I speak to them and tell them I have no idea what they are talking about they act like I’m lying and are so unprofessional that EVEN IF I ever needed to rent something I would never go there.

I can't speak for all of them but... the guys at my location here in rogers they are and always have been awesome.ill be a costumer for a long time I'm sure 😊

I'll never buy anything from rent a center again. First of all, your salesman told me you had the initial sofa I wanted, only to tell me after I had initiated the contract that you didn't, in fact, have the sofa I wanted because it was disgustingly dirty. So I settled for a terrible sofa that's in such bad repair we barely use it (also paid the same price as the nicer sofa.) Y'all dropped off a dirty stained sectional that I then proceeded to pay off for way more than it was worth because I was desperate to have furniture. On top of all that, all I asked for in return for messing up my order was a couple pillows. I asked for pillows 3 times over 9 months and was assured all 3 times they were ordered but never arrived. Overall, terrible experience. 100% would not recommend.
