The MANAGER sold me a sectional INFESTED with bed bugs AND roaches. I noticed when I was cleaning it the night I got it. Absolutely sickening. When I took it out of my home immediately after realizing, I had to take the legs off to get it out and a pile of decomposing bugs fell into my floor. I now have to throw away my $500 vacuum as well because I have to clean them up. I have photos and videos of them crawling around and the piles of dead bugs it left behind. Do not buy anything from this place, they are disgusting people to do this to others. Sickening and I plan to take this as far as I need to to be compensated. My skin is crawling.

Quick, courteous & friendly. I have never had any issues with Aaron's. When things are rough they have always been kind & worked with us. That's why we've been with Aaron's for over 15 years.

I have done business with Aarons many times, this was first time at this location. Went in looking for a living room set and picked one out that was more money because it was brand new. Yet when the set was delivered one end didn't recline and had a burn mark. Called store and they agreed to swap it out. Then further inspection noticed how dirty the cup holders were and all the scratches. Was very upset to think they were trying to have me pay for a new one and gave us a used...but not only used...preleased 3x's prior to me. Couldn't believe they would lie to me and scam me. Bad experience and I suggest anyone looking for furniture here to inspect upon delivery...especially if you are paying for new. The "new" guy needs to learn how to respect customers on the phone too.

My washer & dryer were installed with the wrong attachments causing a slow leak making my water bill over $350 for 2 months and I had to replace the floor underneath the washer. They fixed the hose but not the dryer hose! Luckily I have renters insurance. They have called several times for payment and to pickup items (probably to refinance as new because this is definitely used equipment) No one has offered to do anything about my floor or even fix the dryer.
