Customer reviews
Willie was the absolute best, he was very polite & respectful. On the other hand, Larry was very rude & doesn't know how to talk professional to people. Overall great experience, just glad i didn't come in and had to talk with him about getting tires!
The customer service is amazing! EVERYONE in there was courteous and friendly! The selections you have to choose is outstanding! Not to mention the rims and tires look great on my vehicle!!! You should have had 10 stars up there and I would give you an 11😊
RnR Tire is amazing! I came in needing tires and wheels and left with what I wanted. Friendly service...everything explained and easy to understand. The wheels and tires look and ride great! Thank you, everyone at RnR. Happy Holidays! UPDATE: RnR! Thank you Nevaeh, again for getting me into some awesome tires and wheels! Exactly what I was looking for. And thank you Ginger for excellent customer service. All the staff are very helpful and friendly with a smile. 1 photo at the shop and then a photo at home! Thanks ladies and gentlemen.
Really great service above and beyond, my third experience with this store I think. I was forced by a total of 17 screws imbedded in my tires to replace all 4 tires on my 35 year old car today and they absolutely set me at ease, found the right tires, traveled to get them and had me on my way so quickly that I barely finished a great cup of complimentary coffee. Amazing group of people in every department.
Service was excellent as well as the product. The assistant manager was who I dealt with and he really knew is stuff. Pricing is a little high though you do get a lot of extra perks that go along with it. Would certainly recommend them for your tire needs.
