The hours are wrong went by what was online so when we got to the store it showed closed at 6 not 8

Can’t keep track of clients payments. Will call and demand payment when already made it or call a week after the payment was due saying they didn’t run my card. That’s not our problem. Train Sean or better fire him. He is your problem. He is rude. He is argumentative every time. He doesn’t keep track of payments taken by clients. Will never use this company again just because of his crappy people and managerial skills. Would give them zero if could just because of him.

I don’t know who is training your people but retrain that man Sean. Over a $20 payment, called my job (a federal building btw) and asked the name of one of my employees that had zero idea what was even going on (HIPAA violation btw) I work 12 hour shifts and missed ONE phone call before they had called my job. I work in a serious position and this is ignorant behavior. You can have your $20 product back if it’s going to be made personal. IVE NEVER missed a payment, mind you.

Highly disappointed with them and how I am being treated at the fort smith Aaron’s I have never been late on my washer and dryer have had for a year now it broke both them they gave me one to use while mine was being fixed had mine for two months and I had the loaner , tell me why I get my dryer back it runs crappier then b4 and my washer won’t even wash a load runs for 5 secs and then says end cycle the same thing I sent it in for !! Everytime I call the store to speak with the manger someone says oh he is on lunch I call back oh he has left for the day. I called Wednesday when the dropped it off to me nobody picked up , the guys didn’t even make sure it was working yes I said ya my husband can hook it all up , but it’s ur job to stay and make sure it works didn’t dude left or I would’ve told him nah take it back and give me the set back , I was using !! Called yesterday and today and still same the manager is always gone

I rented a Washer and had it for 3 days and when I did get a chance to use it it would not drain it and spin out the load of laundry. I called Aaron's and was told it will take approximately 3 weeks to fix, and at this time they did not have any in the store to loan me I asked for my money back since I would not have a washer for that long. I called the corporate office and 3 hours later I haven't received the return call as promised.
