Glad yall all got great service…Only 3 days late on my payment and they want to come get my table…. It’s literally Christmas time and this is how they treat their customers.

The MLK one in Fayetteville ar just called the cops on my household saying we shot at them house got surrounded by cops for no reason at all they used old holes in there box truck to try to get us arrested because there all scared of my husband 10 out of 10 do not recommend rent a center

nice ppl and staff but i bought a tv from them finished paying it off only a year after having it my tv has started going out ! cracks and colors started appearing out of nowhere literally! could’ve kept my money .

Austin and the staff are very kind people to work with, I am, however frustrated with the service as far as payments go. I paid up front for staging a home and have continued to be charged monthly. I have changed card numbers and still somehow they have access to my account so this is a frustrating issue to have to continue to deal with month after month. If you can keep from giving them your banking information I would recommend it.

Austin you are the best!! The last two years we have had the pleasure of doing business with you and I could honesty say you always leave us with the biggest smile in our face. We plan on coming through rent a center for more as long as you are there.
