Terrible communication and service. I ordered a washer and dryer on 11/11 and had two failed delivery attempts, including one where they claimed to be at my house but weren’t. I took off work for a delivery that never showed, and no one called or emailed with an update. Over a week with no appliances and no real help. I won’t rent from this location again. Manager acted like he didn’t not care.

So I called ahead to see if they had any PlayStation 5 consoles and got pricing and stuff, I was told they had one in stock and said I needed to converse with my wife but I would be in there. I went there about 30 minutes later and he sold it out from under me That’s bullshit Deeper cuts Dirty sheets Making money Making money Never coming back like it matters….

Really love the customer service here! Store is clean and the staff is very helpful and fast. Luna can get you the best deal and is super fast and helpful.

Luna is absolutely amazing! Even when your not having the best moment. She knows her products and is completely honest with your questions. I will definitely send anyone I know that needs furniture / appliances Etc. Also the store is clean and smells wonderful. Thankful for all the help and time given to me! Also Ferris was super helpful and kind! These guys definitely have it together! They all deserve more than five stars!

Hey, I must’ve came in right time right day because Ferris was there helping and hooking it up. Sergio was in the back knowledgeable resourceful. Corey came in clutch. Let me know how to take advantage of cyber Monday. But seriously, these three help me feel at home and welcomed. Welcomed being nearly an unmatched feeling. They helped me out super fast. And I couldn’t recommend anyone else in Fayetteville besides these three at aaron’s.
