We have never had any problems in the 10 plus years with Rent-A-Center.Sunny is an issue. As diamond star customers you would think she would do us right. Our washer broke down day before Thanksgiving she said her guys would bring us one at 330- 5 pm at 5:55 I called and asked and she said they had a bedroom group that was bigger then they expect.Totally understand .what I do not understand why I had to call her when she should have had the respect to call me.She said Friday morning.No show so I call her again and she said it would be around 5.once again should have called me.7:30 pm they delivered a washer.A washer that sounded like it was going to explode.It was beat up and did not clean the clothes.Tuesday I called and the district manager Brittany ( love her) apologized and said they would bring one out tomorrow which would be Wednesday.i called back up at 230ish weds and sunny answer the phone and I asked her if Britney told her about bringing us a wash machine she said yes but they didn't have time. I told Sonny that the washing machine that she had delivered Friday was a piece of junk and she then stated that it was just temporary.I am not one to get mad but when you tell one of your best customers they don't have time to bring you a decent washing machine and still wasn't going to have the respect to call.Thats where I had enough.sunny is a problem. When out things are paid off we will no longer be customers of rent a center.we will go someplace else.

The staff was nice and friendly. They helped me find what I needed and within my budget. I was low on funds so they worked with me to secure my first payment. A delivery appointment was set promptly despite being short staffed. So far, they are the best rental company to deal with in Blytheville. I would recommend them to all. Thank you RAC Blytheville.

The guys that delivered the furniture was Amazing!!!! They did so Great!! We love the store manager Christina Crum. She is a joy to be around and is so good to us!!

I've been a customer here for about 4 years now and have never had any problems with the store or anybody that works at this store! The staff is amazing! They are so sweet and so friendly! I've had a few problems out of my washer and dryer and they have always listened to me when I say there is something wrong and they get it fixed ! And they get it done in a very timely manner . Its not their fault my things have broke down . I've owned this washer and dryer set for over a year now after paying it off and they are still sending them off to be fixed because I purchased the warranty on them . So they are great ! I highly recommend going here if you need to rent to own anything because I've been to arrons and rent one and had problems out of both.
