Horrible I rented from them 4 years ago and the stuff is still not paid for according to them. I believe they created a new account without my or my wife’s signature and are now charging us double. They are very rude and unprofessional and call multiple times harassing us and threatening to pick up the merchandise. I would not rent anything else from them ever. Kim is not the store manager but she acts like is and is rude and threatening to people. Brandy is the actual manager. My wife and I have called corporate several times and nothing has been done. We will never rent from them again when we pay it off we are done. I don’t even want to hear about no specials or anything. We are TOTALLY DONE WITH AARONS in Blytheville, Arkansas.

Aaron's was once the people store of the community . The past four years I've purchased 2 55 inch TV .1 complete living room set . one complete bed room set . one deep freezer fully paid .all these things fully paid only washer dryer left to pay price of this was 2800 dollars two months ago new management made new agree ment owning just 500 left I miss one month and made 179 payment to the 500 is now saying I owe 602 dollars . The staff was once like we were all friends .it's no longer my store nor will I give them another penny .all who looking for items go Rent one

SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I have a couch that we got from them and it dose not fit in our house. I went to the store and explained to them it did not fit I would like to return it and possibly get something smaller. The manager JOSH said he would call me within a week that he had some stuff coming to the store that might work for me. Okay great that would be awesome! Well a week and a half went by and no contact was made so I called the store and asked to get a date to have my couch picked up and the 1st thing out of his mouth was well what are you gonna get. (Very rudely to) I had a date for Monday for someone to come get it and no one ever showed up. I called and called for 2 weeks trying to get josh on the phone again and I was gave the run around so I went over their head and called copperate. THEY WHERE VERY HELP AND WE ARE VERY PLEASE WITH THEM! So today which is a few days later we called the store again to set up a delivery date and again they was trying to give me the run around and I got very ugly with them on the phone and was told by 8 tonight my couch would be picked up and guess what THEY HAVE NOT SHOWED UP! And they close at 7 so I’m not sure why they said 8 any ways! I would not recommend them to anyone!

When we moved, we rented a refrigerator, washer and dryer from Aaron's. When we bought new, we had them to come pick it up. The delivery guys came to pick up the refrigerator and messed up our linoleum. My husband called him out on it then and there and dude just bald-face lied about it, said he didn't do it. We contacted the store manager about it and three weeks later and after numerous phone calls, still have no resolution. We sent back the washer and dryer today, after we had a friend set them out on the carport for us so they didn't have to come inside my house again!! We are DONE!! I will NEVER use them again for ANYTHING!!!!! And I DO NOT recommend them at all!!!! Very poor customer service!!!
