I was a loyal customer to this place until they started harassing me about a subwoofer I bought from them. Complaining ALL the time saying it was too loud and it was on the lowest volume it had! Jeremy, Barbara, and one other lady harassed me almost every other day about it! One lady banged on my wall while I had customers and knocked a picture down! I immediately went over and had a few words with her! She should’ve been fired that day for what she did in my opinion! Jeremy lied and said it was rattling his walls and desk lol! I have these messages saved to remind myself to NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN! Thank you Luke for always helping me out!

Blake at the Benton, AR store was awesome! The only issue I had throughoutthe duration of my PS5 contract, was that I kept getting charged every week for a whole month & 1/2 for the insurance I had on my PS5 even after I paid it off. (Coverage was only valid during active contract.)
