First, I called the store before visiting to inquire about a specific set of appliances. I spoke with Michael, who provided exceptional customer service. Upon arriving at the store, I had another fantastic experience with Michael. The store was well-stocked and clean. Overall, I had a 10/10 experience.

I had a great experience at Aaron’s! We went into Aaron’s looking for a couch after just selling ours, and Michael, the sales manager, helped us right away. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through the rent to own process step by step, which made everything easy to understand. He was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience stress free. Very nice guy and great customer service. Highly recommend asking for Michael!

I have always been a customer with Aaron's for many years . My boyfriend lost his job we had insurance to help with payments. We tried to fill but we didn't have the insurance anymore. He started a job 2 weeks ago after looking for one for almost a month . Now they are saying if nothing is paid by Friday they will come get the stuff. He gets his first paycheck on Friday. We have talked to them plenty on the phone . To keep them updated we will being returning alot of items . And won't ever rent from you all again. I always liked aarons and gave good reviews about you all. I have been a customer for I believe 12 yrs . Gotten bedroom furniture which I still have today and among other things. Sorry for being a complainer but this is the first time we haven't been able to pay on it . Which we will be paying as soon as he gets his first check

The Aaron's in Benton, AR is a total rip off. I purchased a TV from them within the 90 days and also tried to purchase a washer/dryer set within that 90 days. They completely sold me junk as far as the washer/dryer. I had numerous problems with it: heating element fir dryer going out within a month & flooding my laundry area by not hooking up the pipes correctly. I sent it back for another which in return didn't work as well. Numerous calls to the manager later, I just gave it back even WITH extra money attached on because I paid it up for another month. Renters be aware, stay AWAY from Aaron's. I will say though, the 2 guys that usually deliver were quite nice and seemed concerned about our problems, unfortunately if you can't make your manager care enough, not much can be done.

The manager needs to be fired! I don't ever wish for anyone to lose their job but the manager here needs better morals. When the merchandise was delivered, the driver called the store manager to ask permission to put everything on the porch as I am legally disabled and haven't been able to get other furniture moved out. The store manager made the comment to the driver that "he was just in the store the other day with a little girl and he didn't look disabled to me." The little girl was my wife and my license shows that I have a disability. She should NEVER judge a person by the way they look! I had a back injury that has effected my everyday life and she doesn't know what pain I deal with daily. I will be returning the couch, love seat, and king mattress and will NEVER use them again! Rent A Center and Bestway Rentals is right across the street! Would give zero stars if possible and would NOT recommend this store to anyone!
