The manager there is extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend getting any furniture from there. She is nasty makes rude comments and very unfriendly.

I would have given 5 stars. This year for making payments on our 2 items we bought. I is almost paid off. Since that item is almost paid off, we got an additional item. Twice this year, they double dipped and took another amount. I'm scheduled for every 2 weeks. First time they were on it. This time it took nearly all day to void that transaction! They finally voided. It took nearly 8 hours for some to get handle it!! I got it taken of! However, it took most of my day.

We just got a sectional to get delivered next week. The young girl was very friendly and professional. She let us browse around without making us feel hounded to get something. It was a nice little shopping experience. Will definitely be coming back.

My experience was positive. I recommend Aaron's in Yuma, AZ. The staff were courteous and helpful. Aaron's sold me a like-new set, and it is in great condition. I have not had any problems since my purchase. I got free delivery with my multiple payment option, and I was able to make payments over the phone. Of course, I have seen sets at a lower price elsewhere without the benefits of working with Aaron's delivery service. I do not know of any negatives about my transaction.
