You do not answer your guys phones. At all this is fustrating especially when i have a problem with the equipment
I rented a washer and dryer from Aaron’s Rent to Own on Gail Gardner in Prescott about two weeks ago and had a great experience. They were able to get my delivery out the same day, which was a huge help. I worked with Jennifer, the sales rep, and her manager Leaera—both were incredibly nice, personable, and made me feel genuinely important as a customer. Their customer service really stood out. The delivery guys were also great—professional and efficient. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience. I would definitely go back and recommend this location.
Giving this place a one star rating not because of a shopping experience in store, but for the quality (or lack there of) of employees. Went out walking on a dirt road with my fiancée and dog last night when two guys wearing matching blue Aaron’s shirts came flying down the road on a quad and dirt bike. We moved to the side of the road so they could pass but instead the guy on the 4 wheeler decided to do a donut right in front of us and spray gravel at us. These are the people who will help you at this store; sleaze-bags. Take your business elsewhere.
My uncle got a call from them and asked if he wanted another “agreement” with them without saying it’s Aarons. So confused he asked my cousin to translate and they still couldn’t get the question out properly. What’s funny is that the lady got a “Spanish speaker” to translate and he got on the phone, struggled to speak in Spanish and said “like” and “um” after every word and realized he clearly can’t speak Spanish so he hung up 😂 the level of unprofessionalism gave me second hand embarrassment. The lady was nice though and tried her best to help. His name was Josh so if you guys ever talk to a Josh, don’t 💀
I went in to get 2 laptops. I was able to get approved and got a very nice deal. One used, one brand new. The used one ended up having a lock on it. Which I got a loaner until they were able to get it fixed. Instead I got a brand new gaming laptop. That worked out perfect. The GM is very nice and professional. Anything you want or need I highly recommend going through her. My wife and I are really enjoying are new laptops. Thank you!
