Was looking for some items for my place as I just moved to the city. I don’t know if this is normal for this town, very unfriendly staff especially the guy with the neck tattoo also smelled like cigarettes and possibly drugs. It felt like I was an inconvenience for him and other staff. Might try again and the options are limited in this town for furniture

I’ll start with the good….very friendly staff and clean store. Now the bad… I came in to get a bed on their one cent promotion, you can get what you want for a penny until you’re next payday. I came in on Tuesday February 4th. I told them my next payday was Thursday February 13th and that after that my payments would be made on the first Thursday of every month. I asked them to deliver the bed on Wednesday the 5th at 4pm …. They came at 445pm and said I set it up for 4:30pm…ok mistakes happen no biggie except I had a set time for a reason I had an appointment at 5pm. Than they called me Saturday February 8th saying I was late on my payment…he was the same person who was helping me at the store but I explained to him everything again that WE had agreed on at the store and that was it. But then they called me last night and woke me up saying I needed to make my payment it was Wednesday February 12th ! This time it was the other person who was also helping me at the store so again I explain what we agreed on at the store! Than today Thursday February 13th at 10am they start calling me again for payment I’m at work! Than tried to setup auto pay and their site doesn’t work! Don’t recommend this store or company unless you like being harassed for no reason!

Great selection of products and location. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They make you feel comfortable even if you are just browsing with no extra pressure. They are very helpful at asking what you are looking for and helping find it as well as explaining the features of products and turning them into real world benefits for me. Always a pleasure to work with the guys here and I always have peace of mind that if something ever comes up they are willing to work with me. Thanks guys.

Let me start off by saying I have nothing but excellent service are aarons. Mason (manager) and Anthony (assistant manager) are Phenomenal with customer service and customer satisfaction. The store they are at offers the community alternative ways to finance furniture electronics and appliances for the entire house for people on a budget. They offer very friendly service and delivery. I ultimately enjoy being able to do business with such great people. Thank you so much guys!
