Horrible business , I was on time with my first payment and things had happened to where I was a few days late the second time, mentioned I was dealing with my disabled mother and had to pay only 3 days later. No working with me , no understanding, and since I didn’t tell them right after I moved literally 3 days since I moved , he accuses me of stealing and that he’s going to get me for a warrant. This is the store manager, very inhumane, disrespectful, will never go though this company again. Whoever hired him as store manager seriously needs to be checked. He admitted he’s not human and has a business to run. Did not care one bit that this was the only sleeping place for me and my daughter , as we have just moved to this apartment.

I think the guy who helped my husband and I name was Cameron. He had amazing customer service! His service definitely deserves a raise! Keep up the amazing work and amazing upbeat and positive energy!

Steve and Robert are so incredibly friendly and helpful. I wish I’d known about this concept earlier… great value for service. If you’re in temporary living situation or in transition, use Rent A Center. You won’t have to hire movers and rent an expensive storage unit. It appears this store is one of “the best kept secrets in town!”
