They took the time to explain every option, made sure I understood my agreement, and even helped me set up a flexible payment plan that fit my budget perfectly. The delivery was fast, smooth, and right on time — the guys were polite, careful, and set everything up exactly how I wanted it. The quality of the furniture and electronics is top-notch, and I love that they stand behind what they rent. Whenever I’ve had a question or needed anything, the staff has always been quick to respond and genuinely helpful. It’s rare these days to find customer service this good — they truly care about their customers and their community.
