I'm livid. My family has rented to own and outright bought many items from Aaron's over the years, including a sectional sofa set, 86" tv, area rugs, a queen adjustable bed frame among others, in Las Vegas and other cities. We currently are renting to own a washer and dryer in Bullhead City. We started in September 2023, so we've been paying a year and a half. The last 6 months we paid 3 months in advance twice . This month, we had a medical issue and couldn't make the payment. It's 10 days late. No offer to work with us other than we'll come pick it up and hold it until you can pay. Is that how you treat your loyal customers? We have referred people to Aaron's. No more. This is the crappiest customer service ever.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had renting furniture. I was scheduled to have my furniture delivered Monday and they delivered it to the wrong address and didn’t even drive to the correct one to fix the mistake. Instead they made me wait two more days not even an apology for the inconvenience.

HUGE THANK YOU to Casey and Stephanie. They handled a very stressful situation, my fridge broke July 3rd after dealing with another company in town that took my payment with ZERO fridges in stock... They got my husband and I a contract, and a guaranteed refrigerator delivery for the next day!! Highly recommend asking for one of these two ladies! They will take care of you!

The girls are always so nice and great. My only issue is when delivery my items. The MALE guy was complaining so much and every excuse not to take my couch upstairs. The young girl with him she's great beautiful red hair great positive ready to go attitude but the guy just made the delivery awkward for my husband and I

Hands down the best customer service I have ever had! They were always able to work with me to find me the best deal for what I needed. A big thanks to Crystal for being an amazing representative and always greeting me with a fun and friendly attitude. I will definitely be recommending this store to friends and family.
