I was washing my clothes for the second week after my 2 year old washing machine went out and it was on a waiting list for like a month before anyone could come look at it and that was almost $100. Not included what the part cost and installation was probably not scared to say $250 -$300. I was heading to the mat in saraland and I seen aarons rental so I turned around and they have one that was not the same model but the same colors it had a dent at the bottom on the front door. They were asking over 650 for the drier and over 500 for the washing machine and I asked for a discount because I would like to take it home now to save me from washing at the cleaners all night and the general manager walked in and the salesman asked about the knockoff and he cut it back to $291 180 days same as cash.12 month lease will still be only like 100 more dollars. Thanks for the great deal and good job by delivering and fast and courtesy and didn't have anything but good job to your delivery driver Mack Scott and his help. Very happy for your swift professional job guys. Yall need to pay him well. You don't find many people who enjoys what they do for a living just saying I would keep him around because it takes a team to get the job done so well
I have been dealing with this particular Aaron's, since before it was Aaron's. I absolutely love the employees at this location. COMMUNICATION is the key to all success here, they have helped me through a really tough time with nothing but sincerity. They are so welcoming when I walk in the store, I swear it's like I'm family. They know just how I like my stuff! From the tv and entertainment center i first purchased, the PS5 they helped me surprise my husband with for Christmas (even gave me boxes from the back to hide it in), to the washer and dryer i needed so desperately when i moved into my new home, down to the new couch and love seat set WITH the new entertainment center to match (that was my most recent purchase). They helped me choose the perfect items to turn my house into a home for my family. I can say with certainty the staff here are all very family oriented. They keep the entire household in mind when helping you consider what would be a good fit, right down to your pets. Lol! There isn't enough i could say to praise the team that this store has. Please go check them out!
Horrible customer service from the “Manager” Timothy… He was extremely rude and had the audacity to get smart with me when asking them to bring me a new dryer since the brand new dryer I just bought from them 4-5 months ago stopped working.. I shouldn’t be having to replace the appliance this soon in the first place but much less having to put up with the hot headed manager that has very poor etiquette and talks to the customers like trash.. The same customers that give him a paycheck.. I wish I could upload the conversation that was had so he can be exposed for his awful attitude.. Also, if you’re late on your payment, you better buckle up bc they will harass the hell out of you and blow up your phone and nearly bang down your door like they’re the police.. lol never been more than a month behind but it ALWAYS gets paid regardless if it’s 2 weeks or a month… never behind more than a month but will treat you as if you’re 3-4 months behind.. Harassment is an understatement.. I understand the possible inconvenience a whole $113 may bring to a this store but that’s what a late fee is for… right? With all this being said, this contract will be the last contract I ever do with them and I’ve purchased a ton of things from them in the past and I have always paid everything off… I get better customer service from McDonald’s than I do here…Congrats Timothy, you cost Aaron’s a loyal customer with your nasty attitude and horrible customer service.. ✌️
My husband and I have been with Aaron's for more then 17 years. We love Aaron's and Appreciate the top Quality furniture and appliances, the Respect, Friendly and Professional Service, You can't ask for anything/ better people. 😊😊
FANTASTIC! An incompetent manager, who no longer works there, Thank You Jesus, lied and told my mother they had a sale on a washer and dryer. After we found out it was a worthless piece-of-crap and stopped working, he left the job before we could even confront him! How cowardice was that! We talked to a new manager who had just got hired behind him about the problem and he helped us fixed it. Thank God! Had my mom paid on some junk that didn't work to begin with, we would be out of a washer and dryer. But hey. It's Prichard. I wouldn't recommend this location of business to no one. Unless I wanted to get revenge on them of course. If I could give it less than 0 stars I would.
