Do not rent anyyyyyyyything from here they hound you to come in be a customer then treat you like crap once you sign the contract. Had been in the hospital sick missed a payment 4 days they show up to take the washer and dryer no compassion or nothing . They better not ever call me asking me to be a customer again

Really nice people help me get a washing machine order and got it delivered on the day it was supposed to be delivered and also got it early in the day am very happy with them thank yall so much. And they set it up for me and make sure it worked.

I’m a returning customer and wanted to get some more things after settling my account and paying off everything. Get here to this store and was not a pleasant experience and felt overall disrespected. They don’t call and update you on your application which is the most unprofessional thing to do. The managers there are rude and disrespectful to returning customers looking to do further business but after my visit there I would never recommend that store to anyone. They will deny your application if one reference doesn’t answer their phone. Overall I can see why people told me to avoid this store because of how they treat their customers.

Missed ONE payment(Saturday)which I tried to pay online that Monday night and was told I’ll be wasting my money because I have to turn in merchandise.If I want it back I’ll have to do paperwork all over again that I can’t pick up where I left off!!Wait what….All of sudden new rules/policy that you’ll never know about until you call.They don’t inform you on no changes the company made.One of the new rules is you can’t be 3 days late and I dam show wasn’t 3 days late.They been with the crap since I was a kid.Can’t keep no staff and the manager(he cocky)he some else.Archie good to talk to and gone give you a good understanding on things.They played me once won’t get me again.If you miss one payment get ready to turn in items.They act like you be a month behind but steady wants you to purchase
