The employees were super helpful and friendly make getting what I need easy
Yall refunded my order without even contacting me. What kind of service is that? I had to call and see why I was refunded and you tell me you don’t service my address when I’m in fact a previous customer at the same address I’m at now that’s crazy. Terrible business practices in my opinion.
No issues really other than I have been called on 3 separate occasions a week early telling me a payment is due. I pay every other week so A payment shouldn’t be due after one week. Just want to Pay off my PlayStation 5 and be done with it all.
Horrible customer service. I placed an order online. Called the store to speak with someone because my paperwork work had an address I had when I lived in another county years ago. Let's not mention I've recently order with the them a couple of years prior to me placing this order at the current address, that was one of the reasons why I went back to purchase through them again. After I completed everything (paperwork), I asked the guy when will the washer and dryer be delivered I was told 6/24/23. I sent the rest of my paperwork to the email provided the same day I placed the order. Fast forward to 6/24/23, I called to see what time delivery would be at 11:30 am. One of the workers put me on hold for about 3 minutes. Then a lady answered the phone like I was as inconvenience to her. Stats that she need me to send over my paperwork. I stated that I emailed it the day I submitted the online order. She stated "oh here it is". Like it magically appeared when the true is they never pulled my information and it wasn't until I called to see when they would deliver, they realized they messed up. They processed to tell me they can't deliver until Thursday (6/29/23) between 1pm and 3pm. So I called the store back and cancelled the order. I get a call back 5 to 10 minutes later from the store stating they can deliver on today (6/24/23) because they got permission from the general manager and they are only allowed 3 deliveries a day. I call bs they didn't think I would cancel the order. I said no the damage was done. I won't rent or purchase from Rent a Center again. Their values are not the same, seems like they will hire anyone.
The worst customer service I have experienced from a company that’s charging the interest that’s being charged. I had no issue with payment prices nor the quality of the furniture because I wasn’t given the chance. This store was prepped with my information and what I was asking for. The manager David acted like he hadn’t even heard of my name upon introducing myself. Mind you he knew he was leaving early and hadn’t even started on my process. I had to ask for any information that was given to me on how the process worked and all I was given was info on what to do if I could no longer afford the payments. After he did locate was I was asking for he continued to give me examples of other situations that wasn’t pertaining to what I was asking for. So all in all lost our business to another company trying to defer me any type of way he could so he could get off right at 2 today.
