Been a customer for over 10 years but now I can't start a new agreement because the bills aren't in my name. I'll pay off my items then I'm moving on. Terrible business, used to want to help now they just want money money money. It's a shame almost 15 years of business together down the drain
The worse store I have ever dealt with. Angel and Emilie are the worst type of people to have working for a place like this.. very rude, very unprofessional, and has the mouth like a sailer. Would not recommend this store for any reason.
Josh is great wish I could give more stars. Rommel really made this store the best. Sadly he’s gone now. There is lack of communication, very poor customer service. Employees laid up on the furniture when I went in. Tables were dirty and furniture dusty.
Person sold us this couch was great customer service. Only complaint I have they did not deliver on time. I set appointment for 315 didn't show up until 420. My husband and I rushed to get off work 3pm to get home and it was about 335 I called and was told they were loading up the truck now. Pretty disappointed and VERY inconvenient.
Josh was extremely nice and helpful in helping me set up my auto pay online. He walked me through everything and I was able to get it set up without any problems thanks to him. Thank you so much Josh!
